Body tapping

There are several ways of doing body tapping/patting.
You can tap your upper body with a loose fist with a “Aaah~” sound.
Also there are specific directions of tapping your body following meridian channels (energy pathways). For more details, check Dahn Yoga Basic or Human Technology books. Try and you will love to tap your body like me.
