Because of the immense popularity of engaging in yoga for stress relief, instructors and enthusiasts alike will be gathering in late August for the Being Yoga Conference Retreat. The event will take place at the end of August in Rhinebeck, New York, and will offer more than 50 sessions for people of all experience levels.

The event will begin on August 26 with a program known as Yoga Stories, in which instructors will share personal accounts of how the holistic mind-body regimen has enabled them to overcome their struggles and pursue their fullest potential as human beings.
Such gatherings may help yoga beginners strengthen their skills and encourage those who are familiar with the practice to continue adopting its gentle exercises in order to achieve optimal stress relief.
