Bring IT Down

I went to Healer School about nine months ago and I’ve used almost all of the training in some form or another. Yesterday I used a method of energy movement I had shelved, although I recommend it to many members. The Toe Tapping exercise. You can do it sitting up or lying down, I find the latter a little more difficult but returns a greater benefit. The rest is simple tap your big toes together and let your legs rebound and fall open to touch your little toes on the ground and then bounce back and repeat. I’ve done it for about 15 minutes for the last two days and have found it to be awesome and incomparable for bringing the overactive thought energy out of my head. Also if you are sleepy and can not hardly stay awake but you need to be — TOE TAPPING. The resulting feeling is amazing. As always, DAHN CENTERyou want health we have answers.
