Intestine exercise and six-pack
By laughingbelly | October 12, 2007
My belly is getting firmer as I keep doing intestine exercise throughout the day. My goal is doing the exercise 3000 per day, hoping that I can develop a six-pack someday. Believe me I had it once. :-) Recently I find myself doing the exercise all the time–as I am brushing my teeth, doing dishes, driving, waiting on line at a store, literally all the time. Ilchi Lee has developed many programs and exercises, but I love this simple and profoundly effective intestine exercise! My breathing gets deeper, my mind is calmer, and my body feels lighter. I highly recommend anyone who wants to feel better and more energy. If you are a Dahn Yoga center member, try an on-line ”7-day intestine exercise” at www.dahnyoga.com. You may need a temporary ID and a password to do so. Ask your instructor at the center.

Today we started a 21 day healing exercise including bowing meditation and intestinal work for our members using the hamcho and sahm hwa. I’m including myself in the group and i look forward to making a real change in my eating habit and health habit to feel a differance and move towards a 6 pak myself. =)
