“Brain Education System Training (BEST) is a comprehensive training system that includes all programs offered at Dahn Yoga Centers and the affiliated meditation and retreat centers around the world. It is designed to be a simple and easy-to-follow way to maximize your brain potential, so that you can live a healthy, happy, and peaceful life.

The training system is divided into five steps, each one building on the effectiveness of the last. Generally, the steps are practiced in order as you progress through the BEST 5 programs, but all steps will require continuous practice, and many of the training programs utilize various steps simultaneously and do not necessarily need to be completed in order.”
