Stuffy?

Although abdominal breathing is more natural, intentional chest breathing can help you release tension and stuffy feeling from your chest, neck and shoulders.
Lie down comfortably on your back, legs shoulder width apart, arms 45 degress from your torso. Expand your chest as you inhale, bring your chest down as you exhale slowly with slightly open mouth. Visualize your stagnant enegy is leaving through your finger tips even toe tips… Ask your local Dahn Yoga center instructor for more details.
