Stick with it

Honestly, I don’t always enjoy practicing my daily Dahn Yoga. I still do because I feel better afterward. Practicing yoga became my daily routine and life style. If you feel like reporting a leave of absence from your practice, still go to a regular class. If possible, take some special workshops such as Initial Awakening, Finding True Self, and DahnMuDo workshops to deepen your practice into BEST(Brain Education System Training) step 2 and beyond. You will not be the same person any more if you do this practice at least for one year and longer. Stick with it!

It’s not easy to change our life.
But Dahn yoga has been helpful for me to change a lot.
I love my life, Thank you^^
