Body tapping-free!

One of my favorite daily exercises to perk up my energy is body tapping. It is a very effective way to release tension and stagnant energy from your system. So easy to do, so little space to do, no gadgets needed. Simply pat/tap your whole body with open palms freely. Don’t forget to focus on your body, and feel your body. Most of all, smile at yourself because you are healing yourself!

I agree. Dahn Jon tapping in particular helps me center myself and feel calm.
