If you are having a hard time with something in your life, I recommend putting on some of your favorite dance music and just lock yourself in a room and dance all the stress out! Good music and some dancing is a quick and effective way to change your energy.

A lot of Dahn Yoga centers offer “Vibration Training” mostly on Friday. The training uses dynamic music with free body movement. It is better than dancing alone. Why don’t you check it out at your local center?
