When you find yourself full of anger and no where to put it, I suggest driving to an empty parking lot somewhere and with your windows up and music playing loudly, tap on your chest and yell! Yell like your on top of a mountain! And just release all the tension from your chest. Get the anger out from your physical body and you’ll feel refreshed. It’s much better than kicking the dog or picking a fight with someone at home!

A good therapy! We should not suppress any heavy emotions in our bodies. They will eat us up.
