Indian summer
By laughingbelly | September 26, 2007
It has been unusually warm during the day in NY last few days.
It could be just Indian summer or a sign of global warming. However we call it, changes of weather remind me of a cycle of life. A dictionary defines another meaning of Indian summer as “a calm or productive and enjoyable period toward the end of somebody’s life or the end of a process, period, or activity.” Through Dahn Yogapractice so many middle age to senior people experience Indian summer in their lives. When I see senior members at my center, I reconfirm the power of Dahn Yoga. We can literally rejuvenate our lives, inside and out!
