Once a month or every other month, our Dahn Yoga center holds a special evening class for Intestine Exercise. If you aren’t familiar with intestine exercise I suggest you learn quickly because the benefits are amazing! So the instructors lead members to do 1,000 intestine exercises in many different postures. Afterwards you can feel an incredible amount of energy in your body and you digestion becomes clear! It sounds hard, but anyone can do it!
Last Monday,I did more than 600 intestine exercises during the class. Wow, I felt heat and so much energy in my belly!
