I first got “Meridian Exercises for Self Healing Books 1 and 2″ for my birthday the first year I began Dahn Yoga to help me specificaly with my chronic backpain, headaches, and digestive problems. It’s a great book that clearly demonstrates exercises specifically geared toward particular symptoms. They make great gifts for anyone suffering from diabetes, high-blood pressure, back pain or dozens of other ailments.
I refer these books over and over since I started Dahn Yoga. They are great tools!
