With a help from one of the Dahn Yoga center members, I came up with easy-to-remember 3 components of the Dahn Yoga regular class. M(Motion), B(Breathing), A(Awareness). Simple!
When you take a class at the center, focus on the area of your body and motion, then breathing. Most of all, be aware of your body and mind. Combining these all three, you will be able to enjoy the class more.
