Intestine exercise

As I write this, I am moving my belly in and out. What am I doing? Doing my daily intestine exercises. This seemingly strange name of exercise, however, really works.
You can do this simple and effective exercise whenever, wherever you are. Toning abs, shedding pounds, breathing better, being more flexible and focused are only partial benefits of the exercise. Yes! This course was a great way for me to make a great habit out of doing intestinal exercise as part of my daily routine! It helps me feel light and comfortable in my body.

I love it
